She is the proud owner of a €40,000 sparkler, but Rosanna Davison has shown that even the high-street version can look like the real thing.
The former Miss World stepped out yesterday for her first job in front of the cameras since getting hitched.
Onlookers were eager to catch another glimpse of the blonde beauty’s dazzling engagement ring, but they were left disappointed when Chris De Burgh’s daughter turned up sporting some lookalike bling.
The 30-year-old is in the midst of final preparations ahead of her exotic wedding party overseas and has sent her customised diamond to get inscribed with “May 16”, the official date that she became Mrs Wes Quirke.
“I didn’t want people thinking there was trouble after only a week,” the AR model said.
She may have said “I do”, but newlywed Rosie insisted that she will not be legally changing her name any time soon.
Following in the footsteps of Amy Huberman and rugby WAG Aoife Cogan, the fitness fanatic insisted that “for professional reasons” she has decided to hang on to her own famous surname, as it keeps things straightforward when being booked for jobs.
As well as working in Ireland, Rosanna is regularly on the catwalk abroad.
The blonde is now counting the days until she and other half Wes head off to Ibiza for round two of their lavish nuptials.
Last-minute details are being arranged for the second bash.
The bride and groom will enjoy another exchange of vows at the Atzaro hotel on June 1 with 100 guests in attendance.
Rosanna’s wedding photos will be hotly anticipated, with rumours circulating as to which magazine she has gone for.
However, she was not giving anything away, saying it was not up to her to decide on a deal but the person paying the bills - her dad.
She also kept her Irish wedding at the Merrion Hotel tightly under-wraps.
“We wanted to keep everything very low-key and intimate because it was our legal wedding day, very much family and friends,” she said.
“It was a lovely day and we got fantastic weather. I feel a little bit different. You feel a bit more of a team, a bit more of a family.”
Rosanna wore a knee-length white dress designed by her best friend and bridesmaid Dawn Fitzgerald for the occasion.
