New mum Geri Horner (44) glows in seaside snap three months after giving birth
Geri Horner has shared a sweet photo from her first holiday with three-month-old son Monty.
In the snap shared to Instagram, the former Spice Girl looks positively glowing, despite likely getting few hours sleep per night since welcoming the tot in January.
In the picture, the pair match in blue swimming togs as they soak up the sun on the beach, alongside the caption, "Monty's first dip!"
Montague George Hector was born on January 21, almost two years after the singer's Bedfordshire wedding to Formula One boss Christian Horner. The child's second name was given as a tribute to Geri's friend, the late George Michael, who died on Christmas Day.
Speaking to The Times, the mum-of-two admitted she feels lucky to have conceived her son at the age of 44.
"I feel incredibly lucky to have conceived naturally at my age, 44. I see it as a miracle.
"Trust me, I can still moan like the rest of them but, equally, I remind myself every day that this is an absolute gift.
"This time round I was carrying quite a heavy baby - and it certainly felt more of a strain on my ligaments and my pelvis." she said.
Geri said her recent pregnancy affected her body differently than when she have birth to Bluebell in May 2006.
"This time I gained more weight physically, but this time the baby was bigger, I think. During pregnancy you never know if its cake or baby," the former Spice Girl said.
