The 30-year-old songstress wed South African cricketer in 2011 after a whirlwind three month romance and the couple have two children together, Cadence Christine Smith (three) and Carter McMorrin Smith (18 months).

It was reported last month that Morgan, who previously acted as a backing singer for Jedward at Eurovision, discovered her husband wanted a divorce over text message.

Smith, a national hero playing 117 tests for the country before his retirement last year, has now been linked to a businesswoman in Cape Town.

"When you find out the 3rd persons name....... You always know them," Morgan wrote on Twitter after reports began circulating about his reported new relationship.

Earlier, she shared a photo of her with her daughter, saying: “Us girls, we got each other’s backs forver…strong women raise strong women.”

He has yet to comment on the claims and the woman has said she had nothing to do with the couple's split.

A lawyer for the woman at the centre of the relationship claims, William Booth said: "She says she knows [Smith], she's known him for quite a while, and there is no relationship between the two of them.

"And categorically she will deny that she caused any breakdown in the marriage relationship between the Smiths. And had anything whatsoever to do with their decision to get divorced or Graeme Smith leaving Morgan or the other way around,” Booth told South Africa’s Sunday Times.

It's now being reported that Morgan believed he was eager to reconcile their differences and agreed to attend couple's counselling sessions before receiving a text meant for someone else. But the situation came to a head after the Cork native returned to Cape Town after an Irish holiday to catch up with her family.

An intermediary, who said he was working on behalf of Graeme, gave her the contact number of a lawyer. He then is said to have text the mediator asking why 'Morgan had been informed, because he wanted to tell her himself'.
