It was a case of model war last night as Adriama Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio cheered on their native Brazil while Heidi Klum rejoiced in Germany's victory in the World Cup semi-final.
The three high profile models watched the nail biting semi final last night, cheering on their respective teams.
Brazilian beauties Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima donned yellow and green to cheer on their native team.
The models headed to Miss Lily’s bar in New York’s hip East Village, in teeny denim cut offs and baseball caps.
They were joined by fellow catwalk queen Lily Aldridge.
‘Lims’ and ‘Alé’ proudly wore their jerseys, while they watched their team lose 7-1 to Germany.
The patriotic pair were ultimately left disappointed but remained chipper:
'Come on Brasil. No matter what u are all the best,' Adriana captioned one of her uploads.
At one stage, Alessandra was seen kissing her native flag.
Also notably devastated was Gisele Bundchen, who is an ardent supporter of the Brazilian team.
Meanwhile, their Victoria’s Secret alumna Heidi Klum, who hails from Cologne, was evidently on top of the world as she tweeted her delight.
