The OC star hit the headlines in April when it was revealed she is suing her mother Nuala, from Newry, Co Down, for exploitation and lost earnings.

And it looks like she's making the most of the newly returned media spotlight with plans to publish a juicy book about her rise and fall from Hollywood fame, including the dramatic fallout with her parents, who now live in her Los Angeles home.

“Mischa was on the Hollywood party scene for a long time and has dirt on big names,” an insider told OK! USA.

Last month, the former child star filed papers against her mother labelling her a “greedy stage mother posing as a talent manager”.

In addition to the income discrepancies, Mischa is accusing Nuala of kicking her out of her Beverly Hills home after arranging ownership of the eight-bedroom property to be in her name as well as her daughter’s.

Mischa says that her father and Nuala are still “comfortably” living at the house.
