Matthew Perry was 'so out of it' he doesn't remember three seasons of Friends
Friends star Matthew Perry has revealed that he was 'so out of it' during filming that he can't remember three seasons of Friends.
While in London to promote his new West End play, The End of Lounging, Matthew chatted to BBC radio host Chris Evans about his time in the sitcom.
When Evans asked him which episode was his least favourite, the actor replied: "I think the answer is, I don't remember three years of it, so none of those."
"I was a little out of it at the time. Somewhere between seasons three and six."
The actor attended rehab twice during his time on the hit NBC show, in 1997, and again in 2001.
"I was on 'Friends' from age 24 to 34. I was in the white-hot flame of fame. The six of us were just everywhere all the time," Matthew told People in 2013.
"From an outsider's perspective, it would seem like I had it all. It was actually a very lonely time for me because I was suffering from alcoholism."
Since his recovery, Matthew has opened his own rehabilitation facility in Malibu called Perry House.
When Evans asked the Friends star about a possible show reunion, he admitted he wouldn't rule it out.
"I don't know what the price would be, but I think the actors would actually be open to it, I do," the 46-year-old said. "I think we would be open to doing something, some kind of TV special. I don't know about a movie."
