It's the biggest event in the fashion calendar, but it was the after-party antics of the VIP Style Awards that really got tongues wagging.

The 15th year of the event went off without a hitch and many of the guests and award winners hot-footed it from the Marker Hotel to Copper Face Jack's for a good old-fashioned knees up.

Outfit changes, free flowing booze and surly looking bouncers were the order of the night as revellers kept the party going until 5am.

Among the last stragglers to leave the city centre haunt were actress Aoibhinn McGinnity and Red Rock's Adam Weafer.

Love/Hate star Aoibhinn and soap actor Adam were spotted looking very cosy and sources confirmed to the Diary that they are enjoying each other's company.

"Aoibhinn and Adam have been seeing each other for a while now. They get on well and are having fun."

The 29-year-old Monaghan actress showed off her slim figure in a grey Topshop jumpsuit as she debuted a very curly hairstyle.

Dublin actor Adam (25) caught the eye of more than one female admirer at the bash, but he only had eyes for Aoibhinn as the pair kissed and danced the night away.

The Cabinteely native, who plays David Hennessy in the soap, told the Diary in March that he was too busy for love.

"I am absolutely single and that is fine with me for now.

"Red Rock is the love of my life at the minute."

Meanwhile, UFC star Conor McGregor, girlfriend Dee Devlin and a group of pals partied up a storm until the early hours of Saturday morning at Coppers.

Accompanied by two bouncers - Rocky and Drago - Conor was surrounded by admirers as he and Most Stylish Newcomer winner Dee enjoyed a few drinks.

They left the club at 3am accompanied by friends, including model and singer Michele McGrath, girlfriend of former MMA fighter Cathal Pendred.

Model Jo Archbold left boyfriend Eoghan McDermott at home as she partied the night away.

Jo showed off her enviable figure after swapping her sweeping gown for a mini black dress at the awards after party, where she had a ball with presenter Blathnaid Treacy.

Blathnaid was joined by her Two Tube co-host Stephen Byrne, who kept the party going despite having to fly to London on Sunday for work.

Madeline Mulqueen was another who swapped her purple dress for an LBD, while actress Aoibhin Garrihy enjoyed a girls' night out with her sister, Ailbhe.
