ACTRESS Liz Hurley has denied media reports she had a year long affair with former US President Bill Clinton.
Reports in US media alleged that the star had a romantic relationship while Clinton was in The White House.
The reports claim that Clinton slept with Ms Hurley while his wife Hillary was in the next room.
The alleged affair came to light after Hurley's ex Tom Sizemore was caught on tape revealing he had arranged a liaison between Hurley and Clinton.
It is alleged that the former President only called off the affair as he thought he was falling in love with Hurley.
However 48-year-old Hurley this afternoon tweeted that the report was false.
"Ludicrously silly stories about me & Bill Clinton. Totally untrue. In the hands of my lawyers. Yawn." she said.
A statement released today by her lawyers Schillings said: "These allegations are completely false and defamatory. They were also published without any evidence whatsoever.
"As such, our client is considering legal action against any parties who have published or otherwise repeated the allegations."
