The 27-year-old Mean Girls star is currently residing in London and she attended designer Jeremy Scott’s bash in celebration of his label Moschino’s runway show at Men’s Fashion Week.

The party was held at Cafe de Paris and apparently Lindsay and her crew started stirring up issues with venue personnel just 30 minutes after they arrived.

“Lindsay was dancing on the table and couches by the DJ booth. Her table were getting through a lot of Tequila Patron,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

“Everyone was talking about her being smashed.

“Lindsay and her crowd were all smoking and the venue were threatening to shut the party down.”

It is illegal to smoke in an enclosed work space in England and Lindsay’s alleged cigarette puffing may have landed venue owners in deep trouble with the law.

Several celebrities were in attendance at the Moschino party, including James Blake, A$AP Rocky, Daisy Lowe and Paloma Faith.

Lindsay was reportedly there with British reality star Tom Kilbey. The pair have sparked speculation they are dating after being spotted out together twice in one week.

The troubled actress has been staying in London recently, and recent reports have suggested she’s considering a permanent relocation.

A source previously informed Radar Online the thought of moving across the Atlantic is only becoming more appealing as Lindsay feels less like a target in the UK.

“Lindsay’s convinced everyone in America is out to get her, but she’s had the opposite experience in London,” a source explained.

“She loves British culture and says people have treated her with respect for the first time in years. Now she’s looking into the immigration process and planning a full-time relocation.”
