Former TOWIE star Mark Wright wed actress Michelle Keegan on Sunday in a no expense spared ceremony in England.

And contrary to reports that a large sum of that money was spent on security, who were reportedly on "high alert" in case Mark's ex, who he dated for 10 years, would show up unexpectedly.

When co-star Cara Kilbey shared a link to the story, Lauren responded: "Seen some crazy stories in my time but this one takes the lead #WhoWritesThisSh*t."

A representative for Goodger told The Mirror: "We've heard some ridiculous things over the years regarding Lauren but this is absolutely ridiculous. There is absolutely no truth in this whatsoever."

"The story, which originally appeared in The Sun, claimed that there were "real worries" that Lauren could appear. "Mark and his family raised this with security," the article read.

Mark and Michelle wed on Sunday in Suffolk after three years together and went to great lengths to ensure there were no paparazzi snapping them en route to the church as they agreed an exclusive magazine deal, believed to be worth six figures.
