The TV presenter took to the red carpet in London in a red slinky, high neck gown with a low back.

The Bray native, who recently finished a stint on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, smiled for the cameras as she stood solo on the red carpet.

The star wore her hair in loose waves and kept makeup minimal with a slick of red lipstick and no accessories.

Emma Willis, Dermot O'Leary, Holly Willoughby were among the attendees at the star-studded gala.

Whitmore's red carpet appearance follows rumours that she fell out with her dance partner Giovanni Pernice towards the end of the competition, although she has since quashed any speculation.

The former MTV host left the competition in Week 7 after a bottom two dance off against BBC Sport presenter Ore Oduba.

The 31-year-old was reportedly dating Game of Thrones star Richard Madden for several months before splitting in August, and said that she wasn't looking for a relationship while she was on Strictly.

"Friends who have been on the show told me you make best friends for life," she told The Sun.

"They said you do become close as your dance partner is such a big figure to you and you rely on them so much."

"The show has made a lot of couples. How many relationships have come out of it? Quite a few.

"I'm not looking for anything, but I wouldn't mind going to a wedding if somebody else is looking to get together."
