Kourtney Kardashian 'seeking sole custody' of three children amid Scott Disick split
They've barely been broken up for two weeks, but Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's split is already turning ugly.
While neither has publicly commented on the decision to part ways after 10 years (after Scott was pictured looking cosy with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli), they have been quietly making arrangements for their future.
Kardashian (36) is said to have met with top divorce attorney to apply for sole custody of their three children Mason (five), Penelope (three) and Reign (seven months).
Disick (32) has a well documented struggle with alcohol, which has been aired on their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and in the press.
Insiders have told Us Weekly they doubt Scott will fight for custody and stick with their current arrangement where the children are living with their mother at their mansion in Calabasas, California.
She met with Laura Wasser again and is going to seek sole custody of the kids."," the source told the magazine.
"She knows being with Laura is what's in their best interest. There's no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement."
Wasser previously represented Kourtney's younger sister Kim in her drawn out divorce with NBA player Kris Humphries and also handled the split between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom.
