Kim Kardashian and Kanye West spend €1.5m on baby North West in her first year
Kim Kardashian (33) and new husband Kanye West (37) have spent over €1.5 million on their baby North in her first year.
Between airfares, child-minders, doctors, clothes, jewellery and a birthday bash, the recently-married couple have spent more than €1.5 million over the past 12 months, Daily Star Sunday reports.
More than €350,000 was spent on airfares to fly the baby from her base in LA to locations such as Paris, Austria and New York.
This does not include the private jets which are regularly hired by Kimye, as the couple are also known, which cost an estimated €2900 an hour.
The wages for two full-time and three part-time nannies, as well as at least one member of security to watch over the baby, amounted to approximately €316,000.
Monthly house check-ups from a top paediatrician and a nurse to ensure she is always in tip-top health rounded up to €8,800 per month.
The couple also spent over €200,000 on two nurseries in LA. They reportedly include a €10,000 custom-build crib and an €8800 crystal high chair.
Baby North is already taking after her stylish mum, as over €150,000 has been spent on designer clothes for the infant.
A further €176,000 was spent on jewellery and accessories, including Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings which cost around €33,000 alone.
At least €110,000 was spent on toys, which include a toddler-sized Mercedes pedal car for the baby.
At her birthday party in June, at least €77,000 was spent to treat 100 celebrity youngsters to a ferris-wheel and bouncy castle.
The famous couple got married in Italy in May before jetting to Ireland for a secret honeymoon.
