Kate Middleton reveals Prince George's new passion - his 'super fast' scooter: 'It's hard to keep up!'
Kate Middleton has revealed Prince George's adorable new passion - his scooter.
The Duchess of Cambridge appeared at a Commonwealth Day service with husband Prince William, brother-in-law Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth at Westminster Abbey and beamed as she spoke to a group of schoolchildren after the service,
"He's got a scooter. He's going super fast on it. It's hard to keep up with him," she told the children at St Matthew's Primary School in Westminster.
The mother-of-two added that 10-month-old daughter Princess Charlotte is "keeping him in check", adding, "She's getting bigger by the day."
Earlier in the day, Ellie Goulding, who performed at the royal wedding in 2011, sang Fields of Gold at the Commonwelath service, while UN Secretary General Kofi Annan spoke.
Their attendance at yesterday's Commonwealth service comes amid controversy over the pair's work schedules - namely their decision to only invite one photographer on their recent ski holiday in the French Alps, rather than holding a photocall with a horde of photographers as was royal tradition with previous ski trips.
Kate Middleton and Prince William are fiercely protective of their children's privacy, with the couple releasing portraits every few months as a gesture of gratitude to the media.
