The mother-of-two returned to her role as host of the TV3 entertainment show last week after maternity leave to the news of some changes with her co-hosts.

New presenters Cassie Stokes and Ruth O'Neill were made regulars on the programme while Peter O'Riordan, who joined in 2014, isn't returning, Lisa Cannon is covering Anna Daly's maternity leave on Weekend AM and Aisling O'Loughlin said she "probably" wouldn't be coming back after welcoming her third child.

Koster, who is married to businessman John McGuire, was staying as tight-lipped as possible about the news, saying she's still in touch with her former colleagues - Karen, Aisling and Lisa were part of Xpose's original line-up when it first launched 10 years ago.

"I am really just concentrating on my job at hand and I'm really excited to get back to a job I love," she told the new issue of TV Now. "I'm glad to get stuck back in and put my work hat back on and take a little break from raring babies, which is the hardest job I've ever had in my life.

"I've spoken to all of them, we're all really good pals and we're all going to maintain those friendships really and that is what I'm going to take from everything."

She also gushed over her husband's natural abilities as a father.

"I have loved watching John become a dad. I always knew he'd be great because I've seen him with his nieces and nephews, so to see this big alpha male being so soft with his boys - it's just so lovely to see," she added.

"I was never particularly maternal, I wouldn't run to kids when I saw them but I knew I wanted to have kids with John and I feel I'm good at it. I adore them and they have brought out the best in me and John."
