Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers and his fiancée Mara Lane attempted to dodge the cameras as they made a swift exit following a VIP preview of Dear Lupin.
The couple attended the press night performance of Roger Mortimer's book Dear Lupin at The Apollo Theatre in London on Monday.
The Dublin-born actor appears to have put his relapse earlier this year behind him as he cut a stylish figure with his wife-to-be.
The 38-year-old opted for a fitted low cut denim shirt to pair with his distressed jeans, patent Doc Martens and tan leather bag.
Actress Mara donned a low key outfit of flat shoes and a cotton jersey dress, covering up in a fedora hat and sunglasses.
Jonathan, who has been open about his struggles with alcohol addiction throughout his career, celebrated his birthday with friends in London days earlier.
The star is currently promoting his new movie Stonewall, a highly anticipated film which recounts the 1969 police raid of the Stonewall Inn in New York's Greenwich Village that became one of the defining moments of the gay rights movement.
The film is due to be released in US cinemas in late September, however no Irish release date has been announced yet.
