Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have reached a divorce settlement.

After months of legal battles, Heard has reportedly dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition against Depp and is believed to have agreed to a settlement close to €9million.

In a joint statement, Heard (30) and Depp (53) said their relationship was “intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love.”

"Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains."

“There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm,” reads the statement, obtained by TMZ and the Daily Mail.

“Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity."

The settlement follows reports that Depp cut off the tip of his finger by accident during an argument with the actress and smeared offensive messages about her on their bathroom mirror.

A video also surfaced at the weekend, showing the actor in a fit of rage in their home.

The incident, seemingly recorded by Heard on her phone, is said to have taken place “months before” May 21, when Depp is accused of throwing an iPhone at her head, leaving her with a black eye.

The couple were wed for 15 months before Heard filed for divorce in May, citing irreconcilable differences.
