The actress (33) welcomed her first child with husband Justin Timberlake in April and the 7th Heaven star has been keeping a low profile since.

But the beautiful brunette stepped out last night alongside a host of famous faces for fundraising telecast for Think It Up, a new educational initiative set up by the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), a leading charitable organization of the entertainment industry.

Jessica was pictured with equally private Jennifer Garner, making it her first official event since announcing her divorce from Ben Affleck in June.
