She might have moved away from movies, but Jessica Alba's turn in Into The Blue was pretty unforgettable.

The popular actress (34) is better known as the founder of billion dollar organic children's company Honest these days, but she gave a throwback to her breakout role in 2005 film Into The Blue during her Hawaii holidays.

The mother-of-two looked better than ever in a tiny blue bikini as she enjoyed paddle boarding and surfing during a family trip to the Aloha State.Jessica jetted out from her LA base with husband of eight years Cash Warren and their two children Honor (seven) and Haven (four).

She might juggling it all, but said she always finds time to fit in an early morning workout and kicks off most days with a 5am hot yoga session.

"There's something nice about me time. My most productive thinking often happens during or after a workout," she told Shape magazine.

Her trainer Ramona Braganza said it's not "rocket science" when it comes to looking lean.

“To me getting fit isn’t rocket science and anyone can do it. Time management is key as is motivation," she told InStyle. "If you can’t train for an hour and burn 500 calories then train for half an hour and eat 250 calories less. At the end of the day, it’s just calories in vs. calories burned.”

“My signature workout combines elements I feel are required to achieve goals of weight loss and toning. Everything is arranged to keep the heart rate elevated, calories burning and muscles building.

"If you don't feel the intensity then you’re not pushing yourself. It's important to keep active most days, and to incorporate 20 minutes per day of an at-home workout or a walk."
