The Republic of Telly host has revealed she will marry long-term partner Lau Zamparelli at Castle Leslie in Monaghan this summer. They will be celebrating with just 60 close friends and family over a long weekend.

After a short ceremony and intimate reception, the lovebirds are hoping to jet off on a romantic honeymoon in the Seychelles -- one of the first things they booked.

"It should be nice and I can't wait to get the family together," she said.

"We're all very close and we both have massive families. It'll be good fun. We love hanging out with our families, even if they wreck our heads."

But the couple, who got engaged in 2012, have been taking their time organising their special day and the 33-year-old admitted there is a lot yet to be done.

"I'm getting married on the first of July although I've no dress, I've no band, I have no entertainment sorted. I have the venue and the fella, so I'm hoping everything else will into place." Jen met her other half, a half-Italian actor, in Bristol where the RTE presenter was directing an amateur dramatic performance that he was in.

Speaking to Woman's Way, the brunette, who said that she may not wear white when she walks up the aisle, added: "I hope to get the dress this month ... I think getting the fella is the hardest part and I've done that, so it doesn't really matter."

The Dubliner is enjoying a high in her career at the moment.

She's expected to take over Hector O hEochagain's 2FM breakfast slot in the coming weeks.

In addition, production is almost complete on her upcoming new TV programme The Centre.
