Bond girl turned bikini babe Jane Seymour shows her incredible figure isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

The British born actress proudly shows off her toned figure in two magazine spreads this week, and while her body would make woman less than half her age green with envy, she insists she doesn't diet.

"I don't do major fasts or work out crazily every day," she explained.

"I hope I can inspire people! I just want to be as healthy as I can be for as long as I can."

The 5'32 star revealed she's in better shape now that she was in 1973 when she played Bond girl Solitaire in Live and Let Die.

"God, I'm in better shape now in some ways than I was when I was doing the Bond film," she added.

"The best thing about being 62 is being alive and healthy! I hate to deny myself things. If I have pasta, I'll just eat half of it. I drink a lot of water, and my skin is at its best when I've had sleep," Seymour says.

And while her envy inducing figure comes from hard work and diligence, she has tried botox in the past.

"I'd never do it again. For me it doesn't work because I'm an actor and I need to be able to move every part of my face. I think I'm being hired a lot because I haven't done all the stuff everyone else is doing."
