They have been together for over three decades, but wedding bells will never be on the agenda for Jackie Lavin and Bill Cullen.
The former model addressed the issue while speaking to Dave Fanning on RTE Radio One.
"Absolutely no way. We don't be doing it anytime," Jackie insisted when pressed about any upcoming nuptials.
"Actually, I'm not a fan of weddings. I don't like the ceremony. OK sign the deal, but 400 or 500 people at a wedding? Oh no, no thanks. And speeches about how you were when you were 15 and 16? No thanks, not into it," she said, cringing at the thought.
The straight-talking entrepreneur has been with businessman Cullen (72) for the long-haul.
"After 35 odd years I think there is a huge fear of commitment."
The couple are currently running a franchise for Korean cars SsangYong.
"Bill is working for me," Jackie revealed on the radio. "He says himself, 'Sure listen, it was the other way around for years.'"
"He never paid me a penny for all the years I worked for him and now I'm returning the compliment so it's great," she laughed.
