Irish style icon Celia Holman celebrates 65th birthday in typically fabulous fashion
Celia Holman is one of Ireland's most enduring style icons for a reason.
The former model turned businesswoman celebrated her 65th birthday in style - at her expansive home in Limerick, surrounded by family and friends. The model agent shared a sweet snap of her drinking champagne by the Christmas tree, dazzling in her gold sequin dress.
But it was back to business straight away as she was on hand to host the Mid West Bridal Exhibition and travelled to Dublin for a cover shoot.
Celia, who is the face of Oxendales, said she's proud of never going under the knife, but sometimes questions why she didn't get botox over the year.
“Sometimes I wonder why I didn’t have Botox. I look at my face in the mirror and I think maybe I should have done it,” she explained.
“I’ve never had botox. I’ve nothing against it but I just decided early on that it wasn’t for me.
“I make my body more youthful-looking by standing straight and holding myself correctly," she explained.
“Sometimes older people are inclined to slouch a bit as they walk. It’s very important to be aware of this and to correct it. Posture is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself," she said.
