IRISH singer Imelda May showed she's no time for cheeky questions during a radio interview with the BBC.
During an interview with DJ James Watt on the BBC, the pair were discussing the singer's marriage to guitarist Darrel Higham.
However the DJ took the opportunity to pop the question into the discussion.
"Now I know you married one of your band members. Did you, you can tell me Imelda, did you try them all out?
"First? And then decide which one...", however Imelda interrupted the DJ's question.
"Excuse me?", the Liberties native laughed as she realised what he was asking.
"Do you know if you were sitting beside me right now you would either have got a dead leg or a sore shin for that one, you're very lucky", she said before laughing.
The 39-year-old has been back on the promotional circuit after the launch of her latest album.
'Tribal' shot to number one in Ireland, and landed at number three in the UK official charts.
She's been in a relationship with Darrell for almost 17 years.
She plays Dublin's Vicar Street on June 18th and 19th before the Marquee in Cork on June 21st.
