Kris Jenner responds to claims that she sold her family's privacy for fame.
The Kardashian matriarch has, since the beginning of her family's reality TV career, been plagued by criticism that she sold her family out.
However, in a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar, the 60-year-old spoke out against the acusations and insisted that her intentions were based in integrity.
"I made and created a show that my family was all on board with, and we were so excited because we got to work together," she told the magazine.
The 'momager' said she believes the claims stem from jealousy and the fact that she's a successful woman.
“I think there’s definitely an attitude when a woman accomplishes anything,” said Jenner.
“But I also think people are very jealous. Or are bitter and angry about their own lives. So maybe they don’t have anything else to do but be nasty and criticise someone else.
"That sounds like a simple answer, but I don’t think it’s much deeper than that.
“You just have to have a thick skin and say, ‘That poor person, I feel sorry for you."
The mother-of-six also talked about Caitlyn and how she coped with her husband's transition after their 23 year-long marriage: "I think at some point, although it was difficult and, uh, a challenge…I just have to let it go. And try to be tolerant," she explained.
Caitlyn recently revealed that he put his dreams of transitioning into a woman on hold when he met her.
"I actually had my boobs removed, I never told anyone that," the former Olympian said during a pre-taped interview for the 2016 MAKERS Conference.
"I started on hormones. I was a good 36B. I loved them. I thought, 'This was fabulous'. My mission at that point was to transition before I was 40. Got to 39... I just couldn't go any further."
The couple met in late 1990 and the couple wed just five months later in April, 1991.
"We hit it off from day one," Caitlyn continued. "I was very honest with her. I had to be, I was a 36B. Everything's really heading in the right direction, and I made this decision to move on with my life, Kris and I together with this family."
