Stunning Sile Seoige has found love.

Well - she had some catching up to do as her equally gorgeous sister, RTE star Grainne, found love in October 2011 with her Durban-born beau Leon Jordaan, and is now engaged to be married. Sile, the other Galway girl, has found someone special.

It is, it seems, a special time in her life as the beautiful TV star is now a certified yoga teacher and runs weekly classes in Olive 3 in Bray (it is practically impossible to get in the door, Sile's classes are so popular.)

The one-time presenter of Winning Streak and The Afternoon Show told me: "I'm really happy but I feel now, more than ever, in keeping my private life exactly that."

"So it's unlikely you'll see any 'At home with ...' spreads in magazines anytime soon," Sile told me, as editor of the Sunday Independent's My Favourite Room in LIFE Magazine Mary O'Sullivan was heard to weep openly (I had to calm her down by dousing her in Rescue Remedy.)

"I feel very lucky right now," she said, adding that she has been with her gentleman a year now.

"Life is good. I'm very happy and healthy," - added the strong-as-an-ox Sile who bravely battled thyroid cancer for a year in 2012 before finally winning the battle - "and I'm busy combining teaching yoga along with my other work," she said.

Alas, I can't tell you the name nor the profession of stunning Sile's relatively new beau for fear of Sile putting me in a near-fatal yoga position as a punishment. Bad Karma Sutra?

But I can tell you she has never been happier.
