Holly Carpenter is certainly enjoying single life.

The former Miss Ireland recently split from rugby star Cian Healy after two years together and both have remained tight-lipped as to why they decided to part ways.

Before she jets off to Marbella on a girly holiday with fellow beauty queen Jayne Higgins, Holly has been occupying her time by messaging infamous Instagrammer Dan Bilzerian, who's best known for posting photos of half naked women on his hugely popular social media page.

Holly shared screen grabs of her hilarious conversation on Facebook, before deleting the post.

The pair follow each other on Twitter and exchanged private messages.

"How are ya, you horny goat," Holly jokingly began the conversation.

Their exchange then went on to discuss his beard and Dan even invited Holly to LA to stroke his facial hair.

She clearly wasn't taking the conversation seriously as she kept followers updated of their conversation throughout the day.

While neither Holly or Cian have openly discussed the break-up, a source said they went their separate ways as they were 'too young' to settle down.

"Holly's only 22 and she's been with Cian for over two years now. A lot of her friends are single and just having fun, while they're in their 20s and in this serious relationship," a source told the Herald.

"It had just run its course. There's absolutely no hard feelings there."

The break-up came like a bolt from the blue as the couple appeared smitten with each other.
