Halle Berry has made her first red carpet appearance since filing for divorce (twice) from husband Olivier Martinez.
The Oscar-winning actress (49) stepped out for last night's Spectre: Black Women of Bond Tribute at the California African American Museum in LA, wearing a baby blue chiffon Halston dress.
The mother-of-two posed for photos alongside fellow Bond girl Naomie Harris, who plays Miss Moneypenny in Skyfall and Spectre. Berry played Jinx Johnson in 2002's Die Another Day.
he Monster's Ball star riginally submitted a petition to end her two year marriage to the French actor last week under a pseudonym, but it's now reported the 49 year old has posted new court documents with both stars’ real names attached.
Sources tell the outlet the star has also given the real name of their son Maceo, after reportedly listing him as Mac Martin in the original petition. The rest of the details remain the same as the first documents, with Halle asking for custody of the two year old. The couple has a pre-nuptial agreement in place which keeps their money separate.
The couple originally tied the knot in July 2013 in France after becoming engaged in March 2012.
Despite the back and forth with divorce papers, the couple has insisted in a joint statement that the decision to end the marriage was amicable.
“It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce,” it began. “We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son.
“We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period.”
The divorce will be Halle’s third. She was previously married to former baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet. As well as Maceo, the Oscar winner also has daughter Nahla from her relationship with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
