Reality star Gemma Collins is three stone lighter on the scales, thanks to a month long retreat with a "diet God" in Portugal.
The 34-year-old ditched her usual vices in favour of a four week liquid diet, under the supervision of dietitian Jason Vale.
The former TOWIE star booked herself into his 'Juicy Oasis' in Portugal - where he helped her oversee her weight-loss and encouraged her to incorporate exercise.
A one-week stay at Vale's property costs a whopping £5,000 - meaning the one time I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! participant could have shelled out some £20,000 (approx €27,000) for his help and guidance.
Formerly a UK Size 18, Gemma lost between two and a half to three stone in the 28 day programme.
"She lived on nothing but freshly pressed juice," programme creator Jason Vale told The Mirror. "She has been doing exercise as well but not military-style. None of it is forced. Nobody can force Gemma to do anything, frankly."
Jason (46) also told The Mirror that he is helping Gemma overcome her "addiction" to junk food.
“I deal with the psychology of addiction first. She has really got it now. She knows the difference between a diet mentality and a freedom mentality.
"A diet mentality is when you say: ‘I want it but I can’t have it.’ She can have anything she wants but she doesn’t want to now.
"She realises crisps are the cause of the problem. The need for junk food is caused by junk food. She’s getting her head around that.”
“The good thing about our place in Portugal is that it’s in the middle of nowhere – so she couldn’t sneak out for a curry," he added.
Other notable celebrities to have visited Jason's clinic include Aleesha Dixon, Amanda Byram, Ashley Roberts, Beverly Knight and Carol Vorderman.
