TV nutritionist Gillian McKeith will join the Celebrity Big Brother housemates on tonight's show.

The health guru will surprise the contestants when she drops in to prescribe them a January detox - which they will have to follow for the next few days.

McKeith, 56, is best known for her Channel 4 show You Are What You Eat, in which she went into people's homes to study and improve their diet.

Nicknamed Dr Poo, she would take stool samples to highlight their eating problems.

In 2010, she became one of I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!'s most controversial contestants, as she was the first person to refuse to do a Bushtucker Trial. Persistent viewers kept voting for her to do the trials anyway.

Gemma Collins, Darren Day, Christopher Maloney and Danniella Westbrook are likely to receive criticism from the house guest, as they are all smokers.

As part of the task, McKeith will be asked by Big Brother during the show to select the four housemates whom she believes to be the "most toxic".

As a visitor to the house, McKeith will not participate in tonight's nominations for eviction.

Day, Collins and Stephanie Davis have all won immunity from eviction during Immunity Weekend.

This leaves Maloney, Westbrook, Jeremy McConnell, John Partridge, Scotty T and Tiffany Pollard in danger of having to leave the house this evening.
