Demi Lovato splits with actor Wilmer Valderrama after six years

The annoyingly adorable Demi Lovato (23) and Wilmer Valderrama (36) have announced their split after six years together.

Earlier this year, Wilmer gushed over his other half, telling Entertainment Tonight: "You know, we've been best friends for about six years. We haven't necessarily been dating for six years, but we have six years of friendship, and it's been... it's been beautiful."

"All I did was love her exactly when she needed me to love her," he added. "And you know, we just stay honest. That's it."

The summer of celebrity splits continues in Ireland and in Hollywood with Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik and er, Lisa Murphy and Gerald Kean all parting ways in the last week.
