Cressida Bonas might be blissfully happy with her new beau but her family certainly aren't.
After nearly two months of dating, she and actor Edward Holcroft (27) put on an amorous display at Wimbledon and Cressida couldn't stop smiling during their day out.
But her family are said to disapprove of the hunky rising star, who featured in Wolf Hall and Kingsman: The Secret Service as they are still hung up on her relationship with ex-boyfriend Prince Harry.
Cressida (24) and Harry (30) dated for two years before splitting in May of last year, but have remained firm friends as they run in the same circles and have many friends in common; including Harry's cousin Princess Beatrice, who originally introduced the pair.
Her father Jeffrey and mother Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon are said to be disappointed she has chosen to be with an actor and still hold out hope of a royal reconciliation.
"Cressida is upset with her parents because neither have met Ed," an insider told the Mail on Sunday.
"Cressie is really into Ed and desperately wants her parents to meet him and for them to approve. She has been giving them the full silent treatment."
The blonde beauty has also chosen a path in acting and has appeared in several stage productions including The Importance of Being Earnest.
Harry meanwhile has been linked to Doctor Who actress Jenna Coleman and his ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.
