Colin Farrell smoulders in portrait at Maui Film Festival
Colin Farrell is keen to show he's back to his best.
The Irish actor (37) is currently in Hawaii at the Maui Film Festival where he was receiving a special award, and found the time to indulge in some posing during a break.
The Castleknock native received the Navigator Rainmaker Award for excellence at the event, where he donned a traditional lei.
But it was his activities after, where he posed for an official portrait for the film festival, that he was putting his modelling work for Dolce & Gabbana to good use.
Wearing a three piece suit and donning his True Detective moustache, Farrell looked confident posing for the camera.
Meanwhile, the down-to-earth star recently explained he is as laid-back as it gets when it comes to grooming.
"I just open the door and hit the ground running. A little bit of moisturizer every now and then," he told Dolce & Gabbana. But I work with a wonderful makeup artist on set, and at the end of every day she puts me through a whole regimen.
"It’s like a five-course meal. She starts by spraying rose oil on my face, then she puts a hot towel on and begins the process of two or three different types of cleansers, then moisturizer, then puts on another hot towel, and then finishes with more rose oil. It’s extraordinary. It’s awesome. It’s like going to an old gentleman’s salon."
