Charlie Sheen 'kicked out of bar after slapping phone out of woman's hand who tried to film him'
Actor Charlie Sheen was reportedly dragged from a bar by security on Saturday night.
The former Two and a Half Men star visited Hennessey’s Tavern in Dana Point, California after a day of fishing. While he was initially happy to pose for pictures with fans as he enjoyed drinks, the 50-year-old reportedly flipped when he saw a woman trying to film him on her phone.
TMZ reports that the actor slapped the gadget out of her hand, damaging it in the process. This led the bar’s bouncers to allegedly get him in a headlock and escort him off the premises.
However Radar Online claimed it was one of the bar’s male musicians’s who had their phone damaged by Charlie.
Eyewitnesses were quick to take to social media to discuss the incident.
“#charliesheen just left my work in a #headlock #celebrities #sheen #twoandahalfmen,(sic)” one fan wrote, before responding to a friend who asked if Charlie had been kicked out: “Yeah he got kicked out because he tried to fight the bass player of the band (after) he tried to take a pic of him.”
The venue’s security denied putting the star in a headlock when contacted by Radar. They said they actually carried him out by his arms to make sure he “was not a danger to others”.
Charlie has had a turbulent few years with reports of alcohol and drug abuse blighting his career.
He has also made headlines for his public outbursts regarding his former wives, particularly second wife Denise Richards.
In June, Charlie took to social media to call the actress a “piece of s**t” in their ongoing battle surrounding their two children.
“open letter to the media: Denise Richards is a shake down piece of sh*t doosh phace & worst mom alive! a despicable charlatan who sux ISIs a*s!!!! (and c**k) f*k it I'm out (sic)” he wrote on Twitter on June 22.
