CARA Delevingne has offered a “correction” on news she fell on the floor at the GQ Awards.
Images of Cara lying flat on her back while hugging fashion designer Jonathan Saunders near a bar at the event went viral soon after, and on Wednesday the supermodel used social media to dismiss rumours she took a clumsy tumble to the ground.
“@eonline correction I did not fall, we were hugging in the floor #johnathansaunders #husband,” she wrote on Instagram to her over 6.6 million followers.
She congratulated the Happy singer for winning the Solo Artist of the Year Award in a caption on Instagram attached to a photo of herself and Pharrell posing for cameras on the red carpet.
“Congratulations again to @pharrell @britishgq #soloartistoftheyear #alwaysapleasure,” Cara wrote.
The stunning blonde bonded with a number of celebrities at the GQ Awards and shared several selfies online taken on the night.
The supermodel posted a more casual picture of herself on Wednesday in addition to the fabulous photos she took with A-listers at the GQ Awards, in which she is makeup-free and donning a black beanie with the words “stay weird” written upside down in white cursive lettering.
“#peacerocks #peacerockscampaign #stayweird #joinin,” Cara wrote in the caption.
