Bono's daughter Jordan Hewson celebrates 27th birthday with sister Eve at Disneyland
You're never too old for Disneyland.
Jordan Hewson celebrated her 27th birthday in serious style - by jetting to California with her actress sister Eve for a trip down memory lane.
The Global Citizen editor and The Knick star, who are the daughters of Bono and Ali Hewson, flew from their New York base to the Golden State to kick off celebrations for Jordan's birthday.
"When you turn 27 so your sister takes you to Disneyland to pretend it never happened," Jorda captioned a photo on Instagram of them wearing Mickey and Minnie Mouse caps.
Earlier in the week, Jordan, who shares a birthday on May 10 with her famous father, shared a sweet throwback picture of her as a child with the U2 frontman.
Not pictured was her boyfriend - Jerome Jarre, a French talent agency owner and social media star who boasts millions of followers on Vine and Instagram.
Jordan has been carving out her own career path outside her famous family's shadow as she was unveiled earlier this year as the online editor of Global Citizen, an organisation aiming to eradicate extreme poverty.
Meanwhile, Eve, who turned heads at the Met Gala with Tiffany & Co, has opted for a career in the spotlight and is a successful actress with roles in Bridge of Spies and This Must Be The Place.
But she isn't relying on her name to give her career a boost.
"There’s a lot of kids that brand themselves, which is totally fine, but they do so many things that people get confused and think that they’re just celebrities or It Girls, and I hate that label," she said.
"I don’t want to be an It Girl, because one day I’ll be the girl that used to be the It Girl. So I’d rather stick my head down and try and get the best work that I can, and then hopefully everything else will fall into place."
