Beyonce and Solange put on united front at A-list charity event
It's clear that 'lift gate' is well and truly behind Beyoncé and Solange Knowles.
Two of music's most famous sisters were all smiles as they posed together at the Chime for CHange One Year Anniversary Event last night in New York City.
Both sisters took the plunge with daring necklines and showed off megawatt smiles as they mingled with other guests including James Franco and Blake Lively.
For the event, Beyoncé (32) showed off her famous curves in a fitted white peg-leg jumpsuit, black heeled sandals and a perspex clutch.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, at the event Beyoncé announced a cash donation of €360,000 towards the charity.
Solange (27) also DJ’ed at the event. The style maven opted for a vibrant and retro outfit, wearing white flared trousers, a tangerine silk blouse with billowing sleeves and a sleek box clutch.
Chime for Change is the charity founded by Beyoncé, Gucci creative director Frida Giannini and actress Salma Hayek.
The charity focuses on raising funds and awareness for global projects which provide education, health and justice for girls and women in need.
Last night’s event was held in Gucci’s Fifth Avenue store and was hosted by Frida Giannini and the Editor in Chief of T Magazine, Deborah Needleman.
Fashion heavy hitters such as Miroslava Duma, Lorraine Schwartz and Brian Atwood were also in attendance at the exclusive bash.
The event celebrated the one year anniversary of The Sound of Change Live global concert which Beyoncé headlined last June in Twickenham Stadium, London.
