Ben Affleck's four-year-old son is already better connected than him.
The Oscar-winning producer (44) was filming DC's Justice League in London for most of the summer and recalled his unlikely royal run-in while playing with his son Samuel.
The Gone Girl star brought his son Samuel to a play centre in London and said he noticed something was afoot when the place was filled with security.
"I noticed this weird vibe from the other grown-ups," he said on The Graham Norton Show.
"They were all very well dressed and they had earpieces and I thought, ‘For a kids’ place this is tight security!’ I was the very last person to realize that Prince George and Princess Charlotte were in there playing with my kid."
No word on whether Kate Middleton or Prince William were present, but he did say that George left them with a parting gift - a cold.
"I can now tell [Sam] that he got a cold from the King of England," he laughed.
And Affleck, who split with wife of 10 years Jennifer Garner in 2015, said he struggled with his new role in The Accountant in which he plays an autistic superhero and his incredible mathematical abilities.
"I'm pushing my luck with my daughter's 5th grade homework. The director insisted the numbers were exactly right and I defy any one person to solve the maths in that movie!"
