Entertainment website TMZ is reporting that the famous duo will welcome their child on Christmas Day.

The outlet adds that Kim has a condition which causes the placenta to grow too deeply - meaning the doctors felt it necessary to bring forth her scheduled due date.

A c-section may be necessary if the mother-of-one doesn't go into labour in time.

According to sources, rapper turned fashion designer Kanye West has booked out a deluxe maternity suite at famous Los Angeles hospital Cedards-Sinai.

The revelation comes just days after the rumour that the California based couple are contemplating naming their son God West.

“There’s nothing wrong with it. I think the real God would appreciate the namesake” Kim claimed.

They are already parents to daughter North West.
