Alec Baldwin's wife has caused a stir online after posting a lingerie selfie just two weeks after giving birth,
Hilaria, a yoga teacher, has been married to the actor for three years and is famous for her outrageous yoga photos - posing on trains, in nail salons and even on top of a stove.
Most recently, she has been documented her second pregnancy with weekly bump photos and has been keeping her 105,000 Instagram followers up to date with her post baby weight loss, with her #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump hashtag.
While many have slammed her decision, saying it puts pressure on other women to lose weight just as quickly , others have jumped to her defence.
While Hilaria hasn't directly addressed the negativity, she posted a lengthy comment detailing how healthy she is and will be giving tips in her upcoming book on nutrition.
"You can be healthy and splurge too," she wrote in a lengthy post. "Reading some of the comments makes me think that you feel you cannot do both. I went for a nice dinner last night and had coconut sorbet (my favourite) after and also a glass of wine.
"This morning, I woke up and had a green smoothie with almond butter (super filling). It's all about planning for the splurge moments! I'm writing all about this in my book so stay tuned."
A little update since so many of you are asking: Rafael is one week old today and we are so in love with him. I'm excited to show him to you...we are just spending a bit of quiet time as a family first. Carmen has really surprised us how well she has taken to being a big sister. I was so nervous but she impresses me day after day with her generosity and love to her little brother. I'm a lucky mama . #BlessedTimesTwo #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump
The 31-year-old gave birth to a son Rafael on June 17 a new little brother to her daughter Carmen (22 months).
And it seems she has taken well to her big sister duties, with Hilaria telling Us Weekly: "She wants to kiss him, hold him, sing to him, and feed him food he can’t eat. She’s a good big sister.
