The Waterford model tells why her mother and sisters feature highly in the loves of her life and how nothing will stop her when she has a craving for McDonalds.

The person

My mum. Everyone says it, and it's a cliche, but she's my person! I talk to her at least twice a day, and I just know she'd drop everything for me and my sisters

The memory

My first magazine cover. We did the shoot on the Old Bawn Beach in Wexford. It was a gorgeous day. I remember a couple walked by with their horse, and the photographer just turned to me and said, 'You have to get on that horse . . .' and so I did! It was really strange to see myself on the covers in Tesco

The moment of the day

I love when my room mates, Maeve and Carly, come home from work. We turn on Desperate Housewives, and have a pot of tea on the table. It's always nice to offload and have a good gossip

The song

To the Wonder, by Aqualung featuring Kina Grannis, from the recent Bank of Ireland ad. It's nice and mellow, but still gives me shivers

The movie

My favourite comedy is Bridesmaids. I have watched it about eight times. I think it's exactly my sense of humour, and it doesn't get old

The hero

My heroes are my sisters. They really get me. Megan is blunt, in a good way. She's the perfect older sister. Hannah is sensitive. She seems to understand exactly how I feel when I'm upset

The book

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. It's all about the law of attraction, which I find really interesting

The outfit

Can I say my PJs? I'm constantly wearing heels for my job, so there's nothing better than a pair of slippers and a matching nightgown. If I was to chose an outdoor outfit, however, I'm most comfortable in high-waisted skinny jeans, adidas Superstars, and a casual T-shirt or crop top

The accessory

My midi rings. I think they're so pretty!

The gadget

My iPhone was my favourite gadget, until it was stolen. Using a Nokia for a day really makes you realise how much you depend on your phone, from your alarm to WhatsApp. I actually felt quite anxious without it

The pet hate

People who are self-absorbed

The friend

Carly. She knows a little too much about me. She's the person I go to when I need to cry over something irrational and stupid. We're always on the same buzz

The beauty product

Tea tree oil. My nails were weak from years of gel manicures, and I started putting a drop under each nail before bed and first thing in the morning - they are virtually unbreakable now. I also use tea tree on my face to get rid of a spot before it comes up. The smell is addictive

The holiday

I spent two weeks in Nice with my oldest friend, Eve. We were 14, and it was my first time away without my family. I still burst out laughing when I think of the time we went paragliding. We were dragged, face-down, along the stony beach, due to low winds. I was doubled over with fear and laughter

The piece of advice

Live in the now. I've learned that you can't predict the future, and there is just no point worrying about something that more than likely won't happen. Embrace uncertainty

The drink

A good bottle of Shiraz

The hotel

The Cliff House Hotel, in Ardmore, Co Waterford. This hotel is hanging right off the cliffs. There are really nice, historical walks beside it. The spa is amazing, and the interior is gorgeous

The bar

Geoff's in Waterford. My parents used to hang out there when they were my age. If I go home at the weekend, that is where you'll find me. The food is amazing, and after a long week in Dublin, it's refreshing to hear the Waterford accent

The hobby

I wish I could say yoga, or working out . . . but that's just not me. I've taken up baking, with the help of my mum. I've perfected banana bread, and apple crumble, which are pretty simple recipes, but delicious

The part of my body

My teeth. I hated the gap between my two front teeth and wanted to get braces to fix it. Now I'm glad I didn't, because I love the gap. It's quirky, and helps me bag modelling jobs

The celebrity

I don't follow any particular celebrities. I like to creep on models for fitness inspiration, such as Emily Ratajkowski and Kendall Jenner

The virtue

I'm very empathetic. I'd like to think my empathy makes me a good friend. If a friend is feeling down, I definitely feel it with them, and will try my best to help. There's also a downside, as I am unable to watch someone crying on TV without crying myself

The vice

McDonald's. I don't have a sweet tooth, but if I get a craving for McDonald's, nothing will stop me. Sometimes I think I'm at my happiest with a Big Mac meal in my hand

The smell

Alien by Thierry Mugler. I got it from my parents for Christmas, and I love it

The taste

A cheeseboard - Tuc crackers, Applewood Smoked Cheddar, Ballymaloe Country Relish . . . I'm drooling
