Victoria's secrets - Ditching the razor and running four miles a day
Fashion designer and mum-of-four Victoria Beckham has revealed her beauty secrets to be ditching the razor and running four miles a day.
The 39-year-old said her good friend actress Eva Longoria advised her to ditch the razor and get laser hair removal on her legs.
She also said she loves getting up at 6am and running for four miles a day.
“[Laser hair removal] is amazing. You can go back for little touch-ups if you do see little hairs appearing,” Victoria told the March issue of Allure magazine.
“But I've been very lucky that I haven't had to. That was one of the best tips that Eva Longoria ever gave me.”
Victoria also spoke about the 34D breast implants she purchased in 1999.
“I may have purchased them, but I don’t have them anymore,” she replied.
The wife of retired footballer David Beckham also revealed the happiest she has ever been was when their family were living in Los Angeles.
“Living in America for six years was the happiest I think I've ever been,” she said.
“It was much more accepting for a woman to have a career, as well as a man. And I loved it.
“I’m not saying I'm not happy now. I'm just as happy now!'
And, despite the designer’s success on the fashion capitals’ catwalks, she said she was “never a natural” at her work.

“I got there in the end because I did believe that if you work hard enough, then you can achieve a lot,” Victoria said.
“I think what gave me confidence in myself was meeting the other [Spice Girls]. We always said we were all like rejects in our own way. We had to work hard, and they helped me accept me for who I was.”
