Sizzling at 60: Christie Brinkley looks better than ever at swimsuit party
Legendary supermodel Christie Brinkley is seriously sizzling at 60.
Hitting the milestone birthday at the beginning of this month, she proved she was swinging into her 60s in style at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Beach House.
The model, who was the magazine's cover star in 1979, wore a black figure-hugging dress with chiffon sleeves to the New York party last night.
She retired from the runway decades ago and is still the envy of women half her age.
The svelte mum-of-four raised a glass to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 50 Years of Swim Issue.
Her minimal make-up with a bright pink lip and her trademark bouncing blonde hair made her look decades younger.
Captain Morgan White Rum and Crown Royal XO were raising a toast to the magazine’s 50th swimsuit edition.
On Monday night, she made jaws drop in a plunging orange dress by Victoria Beckham that clung to her beautiful curves at another one of the magazine’s anniversary parties.
She posed on the pink carpet for photographers at the Barbie Celebrates The 50th Anniversary Of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit party.
A black ribbon that wound around her waist right under the bust showed off her enviable curvy figure.
The model says she hasn't gone under the knife but wouldn't rule it out in future to preserve her stunning looks.
"I'd never say never [to plastic surgery]," she told People magazine as she turned 60 earlier this month.
"But there are so many other non-invasive choices that address sagging, wrinkling and discoloration.
"I don't believe in allowing my age to define me and I really believe attitude plays a huge part in how you feel.
"I would be remiss when talking about beauty secrets to not say that one of the best is to care about the world around you. That's what really matters.
‘‘Even when I'll be sitting here with gray hair and Georgia O'Keeffe wrinkles, people are going to say, there is just something youthful about her,’’ she said.
