After being unofficially crowned Irish rugby's hottest hunk on Sunday, Ian Madigan has only gone and grown himself a lustrous new beard.
The 26-year-old Leinster and Ireland star was pictured during Ireland's Rugby World Cup squad training today sporting some new fuzz on his face and got a head start on Movember.
And it's simply science that facial hair has higher levels of attractiveness than those who are beard free.
According to the Official Journal of the Human Behavior and Evolution Society, beards are associated with attractiveness, health, parenting skills and perceived higher levels of masculinity.
There are additional health benefits of having a beard according to the study as it's thought to reduce the risk of skin cancer and reduce symptoms of asthma.
Basically, what we're saying is beard is best.
