Kardashian stylist Jen Atkin says these will be the two biggest hair trends of 2016

She's the woman behind Kaley Cuoco's bob, Chrissy Teigen's beachy waves and all the Kardashian sisters trademark locks, so Jen Atkin is well positioned to dish on what hairstyles we'll be obsessing over in 2016.
The lob isn't fully behind us just yet though as she predicts a "grown out lob" with "either blunt, cleavage-length hair" taking over as the style du jour this year.
With balayage firmly a thing of the past, its cousin ombre is making a soft return, telling Cosmopolitan that "sand art inspired styles will be huge."
With one of her most famous clients Kim Kardashian previously revealing she only washes her hair every five days, it seems Atkin is keen to spread the word to more women about avoiding over-drying your hair's natural oils by washing it too frequently.
"Women are moving away from the same signature look 24/7," she told the magazine.
"They know that heat-styling causes damage, so they turn to YouTube and Instagram for second- and third-day inspiration, like crazy-cool braids or sleeping in a high ponytail for beachy waves. It's all about mixing it up to maintain healthy hair."
