X Factor judge Sharon (58) has confessed to spending at least €135,000 on plastic surgery for her face and body -- including a boob job, tummy tuck, liposuction on her arms and neck, leg lift and bum implants. And the music mogul, who dropped from 16 to eight-and-a-half stone, reckons it was worth every penny: "I love cosmetic surgery. I don't mind getting older -- but if it all started sagging, I'd have the whole lot done again."
Comedian Joan Rivers' plastic surgery is as plain as the nose on her face -- as well as at least one nose job, she's had two facelifts, an eye tuck and regular Botox jabs. And the 78-year-old New Yorker, who once famously told Mick Jagger to iron his face, urged others to fix their flaws too.
"Anyone out there who thinks they don't like their nose? Do something about it.
"My motto is 'better a new face coming out of an old car than an old face coming out of a new car'."
After a botched lipo-job in 1999, actress-comedian Griffin (50) warned of the dangers of plastic surgery: "The idea was to look like Jennifer Aniston -- it didn't work out at all. I got toxicity and had to . . . wear a catheter for a week."
Undeterred, she's since gone on to have more liposuction, a nose job, brow lift, dental veneers, chemical hair straightening and Botox.
"I work in an industry where if you don't get a little nip and tuck, a lady of my age is going to end up playing Katie Holmes's great-grandmother in the Dawson's Creek reunion."
