The fashion designer revealed the secrets to her youthful look and it doesn't involve a needle coming near her face.

The mum-of-four features in the latest issue of British Vogue and opened up about the secrets of her youthful appearance.

"Victoria Beckham is a natural beauty," he said.

"She’s an incredible health nut – she watches her diet, her exercise, she sort of leads an ideal healthy life. She pays meticulous attention to product use and lifestyle.

"And I supervised all of it so I assure you nobody has touched her with any surgical implements or lasers. She’s an example of self discipline."

Beckham also told Vogue of her pride at achieving so much by her 40th birthday.
