It's hard work being Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

And that natural looking glow and six-pack abs doesn't come easy. Rosie is one of the most famous models in the world and life after hanging up her Victoria's Secret wings hasn't meant she's taking a backseat when it comes to dieting.

In fact, her "brutal" new regime is one of the most intimidating diet plans we've heard.

"Recently, I decided to try a diet plan by a doctor called Dr. Nigma Talib, and she is actually a naturopath, and she believes that good skin and well being starts with the gut," she told InStyle. "And so she said to me, 'If you want to get on my plan, you have to cut out sugar, dairy, gluten, and alcohol.'

"And I'm not gonna lie, it's been brutal. It's been a really big challenge. It took a couple of weeks to kind of get into it."

Rosie, who is engaged to action star Jason Statham, said she had to reprogramme her approach to what constitutes a balanced meal in a bid to avoid "wine face" or, er, "gluten face".

"I grew up on a farm so it has always been about meat and two veg. Now, I am building much more awareness of a healthy balance," she explained.

"It's certainly not something that would be realistic to keep up all year round, but it's made me much more mindful of my choices."

'It's kind of made me think about balance, and because I have been feeling so great lately I want to continue that streak.'

She said she would be "definitely introducing some cakes, and some cheese, and some wine" to her diet in the future.
