Khloe Kardashian shares her unlikely (and all natural) alternative to botox
Khloe Kardashian has revealed her unlikely secret to maintaining a wrinkle free face - and it's all natural.
The reality tv star (31) opted against going under the knife in favour of a more natural approach to keep her face silky smooth and it all has to do with her sleep style.
The fitness fanatic said a friend suggested she try Botox to even out her wrinkles, but tried a more natural (and cheaper) option first by sleeping on the other side of her face.
"I don’t think people thought about these things before Botox and fillers became so accessible," she told the new issue of New Beauty magazine.
It's not all down to what side of the pillow she uses though as Khloe also restricts her alcohol intake, drinks five litres of water per day, doesn't smoke and cut out dairy.
Khloe, who has shed an incredible 35 pounds since she began her fitness journey in 2013, said she lost 11lbs in six weeks by cutting out dairy and sugar.
"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference," she added. "In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind."
"I'm way healthier now than I ever was. I stay really hydrated by drinking five litres of water and taking vitamins every single day."
