Model and fitness enthusiast Vogue Williams says that five days in the gym is a ‘lazy week’.
The 29-year-old said that putting in the hours in the gym is worth it so she can “eat what she wants.”
“I walk my dog every day for an hour because he’s a lunatic if I don’t, and I do 45 minutes in the gym either in classes or personal training,” Vogue told the Irish Daily Mail.
“I’ll do six days on a good week, which is a lot, but I love exercising and I really like eating what I want.
“I treat it as part of my job,” the super svelte blonde added. “Then it’s something I just have to do, so I make sure I fit it in - whatever time of day it is.”
The Howth native, who is married to former Westlife member Brian McFadden, revealed that she recently lost weight while filming ITV’s Mission Survive as she wasn’t exercising.
“I wasn’t too keen on that. I like having muscle tone,” she stated, although she was delighted her efforts paid off as she was ultimately crowned the winner in Bear Grylls’ adventure challenge.
The stylish star enjoyed getting a taste for tv work. She currently has two upcoming RTE shows in the pipeline; ‘Vogue Does Straight As’ and ‘Mean Girls’.
